The Pakistan Economy Watch (PEW) on Thursday said properly developed Islamic financial system can reduce miseries of humanity by bailing out ailing economies.
The fast-growing Islamic finance industry (IFI) has potential to contain unemployment and boost economies if an efficient and effective monitoring mechanism is in place. This will also help boost confidence of masses.

This infant industry needs creativity and guidance to ensure Shariah compatibility and integrity of the products offered.
All the details of the Islamic products, internal compliance, methodology and conflict of opinions should be brought to public eye for betterment, Dr. Murtaza Mughal said while talking to Mohsin Rafique, an expert on the subject.
He stressed the need for a good risk management system that is important to protect the interests of investors and institutions.
Mohsin Rafique said around five per cent share held by of IFI in Pakistan indicate that masses need to know difference between Islamic and conventional products. The industry should to be open to criticism and listen to the clients to win approval.
There is an urgent need to educate masses as well as moneymen to boost Islamic finance, said Shoaib Qureshi, an expert on Islamic banking. He said that Islamic banks should not compete or compare themselves with conventional banks.
Financial institutions should not offer services through sub-contractors who lacks knowledge of Islamic finance, stressed Qureshi.
“I firmly believe that truly Shariah compliant products aided with research and innovation can boost our economy to unprecedented heights,” said Dr. Mughal.
اسلامی مالیاتی نظام انسانیت کے مصائب کا حل ہے
اسلام آباد(اپریل 22 ) پاکستان اکانومی واچ کے صدر ڈاکٹر مرتضیٰ مغل نے کہا ہے انسانیت کے اکثر مصائب کا حل اسلامی مالیاتی نظام پر عمل پیرا ہونے میں مضمر ہے۔انھوں نے کہا کہ سودی نظام نے دنیا کو ان گنت مسائل میں مبتلا کیا ہے اور اب اسلامی مالیاتی نظام ہی تمام مشکلات کا حل ہے۔ یہ ادارے گزشتہ دو سال سے جاری مالیاتی بحرانوں سے کوئی خاص متاثر نہیں ہوئے ہیںجس وجہ سے اب غیر مسلم بھی بڑی تعداد میںاسلامی بینکاری کی طرف راغب ہو رہے ہیں۔اس موقع پر بینکاری کے ماہر محسن رفیق نے کہا کہ اسلامی بینک پاکستان کے بینکاری نظام میں پانچ فیصدحصہ ر کھتے ہیں جس سے پتہ چلتا ہے کہ عوام اور بینکاروں کو اسلامی مالیات کے بارے میں مذیدتعلیم و تربیت اور اعتمادکی ضرورت ہے۔ انھوں نے کہا کہ اسلامی اداروں کو جدت، اختراع، مانیٹرنگ اور عوام کا اعتمادحاصل کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔اسلامی بینکاری کے ماہر شعیب قریشی نے کہا کہ اسلامی بینکوں کو سودی بینکوں سے موازنہ کرنے کی ضرورت نہیں ہے ۔ انھوں نے کہا کہ اسلامی بینک اپنی مصنوعات اور خدمات کو جدید بنائیںاور مناسب تربیت کا انتظام کریں۔انھوں نے کہا کہ اسلامی مالیاتی نظام پاکستان کے تمام معاشی مسائل حل کرنے کی صلاحیت رکھتا ہے ۔اس وقت اس نئی انڈسڑری کو مناسب سرپرستی اور کنٹرول کی ضرورت ہے۔
